Being twenty-two and taking on the world

Hey there! My name is Kayla Michelle. I come from a small town in the U.S. Being twenty-two and so close to graduating college (yikes!), I thought an adventure was in order. And this is how I ended up in Ireland for the fall semester in 2016.

I will be posting about my adventures  and everything else that sparks my interest. Remember to always check back, you never know what I may write about. Granted,  I don’t have a clue either!

I’m going to assume you may want to know a little bit more about me. Well, in school I am a business management major. I scream the definition of it. I love numbers, being organized, creating excel sheets, and speaking in front of my peers. I love being a leader. While in Ireland, I was a student at Maynooth University. It is one of the smallest colleges in the country, yet it is still EIGHT times the size of my college back home. At uni, I’m working on completing an undergraduate’s degree in Irish Cultural Heritage. And before you ask, no I’m not Irish.  Outside of the classroom, I live for volunteer work. I even joined a service sorority to give me more chances to aid my community alongside my peers. In the free time I have, I also volunteer at an animal shelter. I’m a proud bunny volunteer. You can ask me anything your heart desires about rabbits and I’ll probably have a few answers for you.

Well that’s all for now! If you desire to know more, please contact me!
